How to become a member of the Association?
In order to become a member of the POA one has to fill up the
following form: to choose the
membership type (economical, Junior, Senior, family or for foreigners),
which will last until the end of the year after the membership
fee is paid; to provide personal data with current address on
which POA's materials will be sent; in the non-obligatory fields
information may be given that will help us and other members
of the Association to contact you and learn your interests.
Once the form is filled up and sent a printable membership declaration,
which is the prove of that the form was filled and sent, is
generated.
One may become a member also by sending a filled form (link
to the printable form)
by ordinary mail, fax or scanned and e-mailed:

The membership is going to be confirmed only after the membership
fee is paid! An adequate amount of money has to be transferred
on the following bank account.
